Just had a random haircut today when I came out from gym. The hairdresser understands well what I want and provided great advice, good quality and nice experience! Will definitely come back later!

I had a Cinderella treatment and hair cut two month ago and a hair cut from Leo last week. All satisfactory and finally found a right hair dresser for me.

VERY DISAPPOINTED after today's cut - I asked for a shortening cut that looks the same as my previous cut - minimal layering and no thinning. I had so much trust in the hairdresser as I had a great experience here before so I didn't pay too much attention to what was being done.However after I washed my hair at night, when the blowdry styling is off, it was hugely layered and thinned - which I really hate because my hair is naturally fizzy and with thinning and big layering would make it harder to style - which is what exactly I want to avoid!! I wanted a hair cut to make my life easier not harder!I expected better communication and better knowledge about hair type for the price I paid for.It is a nightmare, the worst haircut I've had in years.

I could not have asked for better service!I came here for a haircut and loved the blow dry so much I came back the same week for a perm.Su did the perm herself and spent every moment of 2.5h making sure it turned out exactly how I wanted it. She made sure the hair stayed out of my face as I read a book and protected my skin from the chemicals. She also gave me tips on how to manage it after washing and what products to apply.She was so so lovely and I’m so happy with how it turned out.This is my new go-to hair salon

My go to local hair salon. Su and her staffs always friendly and feel very welcoming everytime.Hairdressers recommends type of hairstyle and how to maintain it. Highly recommend to head along! Ill be heading there again soon for a cut and dye!

The place was mostly okay but the service was questionable. When the hairdresser was drying my hair, she left the blower on one spot for too long, which hurt my scalp in the process. In addition, the hairdresser was also rough and tore some of my hair when she was taking off the hair clip. Lastly, the fee of the haircut is not the same as the one listed in front of the shop and I was charged 20 percent more than the listed price. Although I don't really mind paying extra, it is just disappointing that the place doesn't operate upon the basis of integrity. I hope the place could improve from this point on, however I will not opt to get a haircut from this salon ever again.
