The staff are friendly enough, but know that I had to drive over an hour to get my windscreen replaced, and making me wait 3 hours is unacceptable. Then I get my car back, and the seal doesn't cover the original paint and has left a black mark all the way around the screen from the old sealant. Inside, there are marks on my roof lining from dirty hands, and the top of the dash was the only part wiped over where the console remained covered with a black substance. I have used O'Brien's in the past at my home, replacing Windscreens, and have been very happy. This experience was not a happy one.

The automated phone was ridiculous. Obviously a head office constraint. Locally operated businesses in smaller centres should be able to deal with local calls. Gave up hitting options just for a star crack!!

My front windscreen got a chip on my travel's home from Sydney. I got a hold of my insurance company which said O'Briens will be in contact. No sooner then hanging up my phone and I received the call from them. It was nothing less the smooth, polite, efficient customer service. Nothing was a bother. I even was able to reschedule fitting date early then originally booked with out a problem. Fantastic service, my new front windscreen has no issues. Could not ask for better.
