I went to Lunula for my wedding nails, and they were so helpful in giving me options on what colour or design would look best on me. The nail artist was a perfectionist, patient and detail- oriented. Based on the brief I gave them, I couldn’t be happier with the result! Highly recommended for your mani and pedi needs! Their service is top notch!

I needed my nails done for a performance and end of year parties and asked for a nail art design that would stand out. When I made my booking, staff were quick to respond to my request and further queries. I also asked for suggestions on the design which they provided a couple for me to choose from.On the day, Alex served me and I could not be happier. She made sure to confirm the design and the price before she started. She worked meticulously and quickly. I needed a few extensions to replace broken nails and she made sure that all the nails were the same length before she started on the design. She finished working on removal, manicure and the nail art in under an hour and a half.You might think that the service here is pricey but for the level of attention to detail, proficiency of the staff and speed, is all worth the price. My nails have lasted over 8 weeks and I have gotten multiple compliments on how nice my nails are. Will be coming back shortly for my next service.

The shop was clean, stylish, and had a luxurious atmosphere. The nail technicians - Alex were highly skilled and provided exceptional service, paying attention to every detail. The range of nail polish colors and designs was impressive, and the products used were of top-notch quality. Hygiene was a top priority, and I felt safe throughout my visit. Overall, I highly recommend this nail shop for an outstanding pampering experience.

They did an amazing job with the design. My friends bought me a gift cert here and they were so sweet to have even gotten me a cake!!Gentle but efficient and beautiful service. Definitely will be coming back

I find the place quite expensive, especially for quick services like brows (I paid $50 for a 10-minute treatment, while in my regular go-to-place, I pay $30). But I find the staff friendly and attentive. It's hard to find a good nail salon in Sydney (most places are naaah, whatever). This one is close to 5 stars.

By far the best nail salon in Sydney. The level of quality at this place is second to none. The staff are all lovely (the owner Charmy is incredibly sweet and knows everything about nails) and the technicians are insanely talented. There is a huge variety of nail designs to choose from, as well as many different gel types. Will definitely make this my regular go-to salon - even if it means driving half an hour each way to go there! Can’t recommend this place enough.

Excellent customer service from booking (Charmy!) they were transparent and very helpful about the nail services I was requesting (to suit my nails). Amazing care and attention to detail. My nail technician/artist Michelle was very careful and detailed with my design request. It feels worlds apart from nail salons I have been to in the past, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Adding everything up may be a little on the pricy side, BUT for what I had requested and for the time and effort they spent on my nails, 10/10 I will come back and recommend to my friends.
