Went here tonight and had absolutely horrid service from the young girl, asked her how she was and she responded with 'no Italian herb and cheese' not even a hello and rude throughout the entire process. 'What do you want? Cheese? Toasted? Salad? Sauce? Salt and pepper? Bag? Receipt?' was probably everything that she said throughout the entire process. I hope her night improves and maybe one day she'll realise the way we treat other people can have a big impact.

Worst subway I've been to EVER, my partner and I ordered online and they didn't even bother to make the 2 subs to the order they just copied it only changing the bread and meat, didnt bother checking the salad and sauce which where totally different and they made both the same.I will NEVER EVER order from this store again, I'd rather travel to Maitland.

Absolute worst customer service, I stood waiting to get served for 5 minutes while one person was serving others and the other person was packing up the shop. Was told I couldn’t have half of the salads I asked for because they couldn’t be bothered getting the salads out of the fridge after already packing them away.And they didn’t follow any of the hygiene rules while making my sub. So I’m glad I walked out without it.When it came to paying the machine wasn’t working. After 4 attempts the girl turned around and said ‘it isn’t anything to do with their end and maybe I should check my card’ despite the machine saying ‘cannot read card insert or swipe’ when I tried tapping my phone, it never declined and I had used the same account to pay for something with my phone earlier and knew I had more then enough money in my account to cover my account.And then when I went to walk out I had to unlock the door myself after being locked into the shop.I’d rather starve then ever go back to that shop.Also Google says this shop closes at 7.30pm so why are they closing before 5pm??

Absolutely amazing customer service. Especially by young Ethan. Most welcoming smile as always. Can definitely recommend everyone to eat here as customer service and food quality is always above and beyond.

It is closed all the time, I was there today at 4:45, the girl inside just point at her watch and told me it is closed. I told her but it written that they should serve customers by 5 , she didn’t even bother.

Went to Subway Fletcher at 2pm.Lady told the customer they had no 6 inch because the bread was burnt, they walked out. Then I ask for a 12 inch on Italian bread and she tells me all the 12 inch Italian breads are burnt. I think they just don’t want customers.If you burn the bread then make more. Your losing customers by not having what they want available and by having burnt food and expecting customers to pay for it,

Worst subway in the Newcastle area. Asked for my sub toasted. Meat was still cold. Bread was it half toasted so ended up soggy in places. Not to mention the half an hour wait because it takes an average of t10min per sandwich
