This place is exceptional so happy with their service staff are so friendly and professional and dr Benjamin Katz is amazing and highly recommend him ...very happy as a first timer .....glad I found this place.

Dr Katz & most of the team are great,however I dread calling the centre as the receptionist is rude & abrupt.The slightest thing is just too much effort for her.I am considering going elsewhere in the future

Dr Katz and almost everyone at the practice is really great, I had a procedure done the other day and everything went smoothly! Except for the lady processing patient information (in the room to the right of the entrance) who is so incredibly rude I have no idea why she works in customer service. She called me to let me know there was an issue with my insurance (as they had processed the wrong card by accident) and she proceeded to scold me like I was a primary school student for it - even if it was my fault, who does that to a patient?! There are several other reviews on google calling out this particular issue and there seems to have been nothing done about it.

I was a patient this morning at Kew Endoscopy for a Colonoscopy & Gastroscopy - the entire end-to-end experience was extremely professional and positive! From the warm receptionists, efficient accounts, wonderful team of nurses to the two doctors, the whole experience was positive with simply great service. I was very well briefed at all phases, never rushed and always made to feel very much at home.Congrats to the team, who I reckon just loved working together!Thank you very much, IndyPS: My good results was just a bonus!

The secretary is really rude. I havent met her yet but she sounds old and ugly. Tries to make you feel stupid.

Place itself is quite good, but I've encountered with arrogance,rudeness and incompetence of a woman who seats behind the window from the right side (she does collect information and the money). I'm sure I am not the first one whom she left the bad impressions. And some of the nurses would share with you personal information(story and problems of their families) in my opinion its looking unprofessionally.

If I could give 100 stars, I would. Very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of all staff and the venue was very clean and presentable. Anna doing admissions was so approachable and friendly and this manner carried through to all the staff that looked after me - Helen, Kathy, Arlene, Mandy and Kim. Dr Katz was very attentive and I did not feel rushed in the slightest. I will certainly recommend anyone who asks to this business.

I attended the clinic this morning for a colonoscopy. The whole proces was extremely efficient, professional and positive! The receptionists and accounts staff, the wonderful team of nurses and the two doctors were all great.
