I'm 5km from the store but unless I order late at night I am always waiting an hour or more for delivery. Every single time I order here they have to send me a voucher for a free pizza because the delivery took so long. The voucher is useless of course, not valid with any other offer so you're paying full price and the minimum order is $20, so not free at all.Terrible service.

Ordered a pizza last night. After quite a wait, wrong pizza turned up. Rang store. They sent a replacement. Wrong pizza turned up again.

I am pleased to amend my original review. I had a terrible experience getting takeout pizzas on 27.08.2022. I lodged a complaint, and Dyllan kindly responded. He listened to my concerns and has addressed the factors that contributed to my experience. He was patient and considerate, resolved my complaint, and put through the refund I requested. Thanks, Dyllan! You've turned a bad experience around 180° :)

I ordered pizza for my kid’s.. then I when to take my food for next door after 30 minutes time I come back and asked about my pizza.. can you believe they lost my order.. and question me did you paid ? I showed them bank transfer after that they try to put my pizza to oven.. however I asked them to refund it... they did itHowever they apologise and say sorry to me.
