Callum of Tekplex was engaged to advise on the security at our residential building of 15 apartments in the CBD as we wanted to upgrade from a keypad entry system to a fob system and to also install our first CCTVs and internet connection for communal areas.From the first meeting to the final installation Callum and his team were knowledgeable, courteous, punctual and professional. Tekplex arranged all the trades, liaised with the lift company to install a camera in the lift and advised us well throughout the project. Their pricing was competitive and the technology easy for the OC committee to use. We now have an app on our phones so we can see live or archived footage from any camera. Within days we had a security incident and the footage helped us take action against the offenders.
