Absolutely loved my experience. I got a pair of boots and after wearing them for the day they weren’t quite right, bit too tight. Went back and they helped me find another pair with no hassles. Swapped them over with no dramas. Awesome work ladies :)

I was looking everywhere for an Akubra (cattleman) Hat in my size and colour and couldn’t get one anywhere. Simone from the R.M Williams store was extremely helpful and found my size and style straight away and with all of the Christmas rush, she even personally delivered it to my house (30km away) on the day before holidays. Could not recommend Simone or the store any higher.

Terrible store, DO NOT ENTER !!! Shocking customer service, extremely impolite and more worried about her medium skim cappuccino she had to order. Went in to TRY on shoes to FIND my size but was spoken to in a condescending tone because I was trying to do so. Offered no solution but for me to purchase there on the spot without trying them on. I came to purchase, but left with my money

what on earth is wrong with these ladies. Absolutely zero customer service talk about their manger behind his back . I honestly don't know how they still have a job.. I ended up buying my boots for Miranda then i needed to grab some polish for them so decided to give them another go the first thing she said was did u buy the boots from my store when i said no. she said WHY DIDN'T YOU in a very rude way.

I’ve bought boots and a few other bits and pieces there in the past and service has been great . I recently bought a pair of boots there but exchanged them for a different colour that I bought online. This was no problem but I had a bit of an issue with sizing. I went back again and they were so patient and understanding and I left with the right size for me. I’d have no hesitation recommending this store. Their knowledge of the product and level of service is second to none

Extremely poor customer service!!! I went in to buy a pair of $800 boots for dress shoes for my business and was pretty much dismissed and left sitting on my own with my partner. After trying on 2 pairs of boots that were immediately put away after trying them on I told the girls what boot I was interested in. They basically told me no that's not what you want, and they went on to talk with each other behind the desk and out of view, leaving me and my partner sitting on a bench alone. I am still utterly amazed at how bad my experience was in this store. It is still so confusing I'm not even mad about it. I've had more interest from the referee at foot locker for a pair of dunlop volleys.

Leanne was fantastic. She was experienced, and fitted my foot as she saw it. Outstanding customer service - toodle-oo!

Just had a great experience with Emma and the team. Really helpful with tips to keep a new Akubra hat in good condition. They helped me purchase the hat through another store as they had stock coming in. As much as the sale wasn’t through them, they were super helpful and I would highly recommend their professionalism, assistance and friendliness. Thanks guys, all the best. - Ben

I'm a pretty dodgy looking guy, I entered the store looking just like that. I was politely greeted, I mentioned id like to buy a pair of boots in a few months and that was no problem for the staff at all. They spent the time with me and helped me find my size. There was absolutely no pressure at all and I felt so comfortable with the whole situation I left with a pair of perfect fitting boots. Excellent customer service
