I booked the appointment for 3:30 they didnt get to me till 4 i got scratched so many times and they didn't apologise i got them done like 4 days ago and it started chipping i heard really goos things about them so i was excited didn't live up to the hype they also gor that liquid stuff on the cut they made on my hand im not going back

Extremely friendly staff and great service, I don't know what some people are complaining about.First of all, your nails only bleed because it might just be your first few times getting your cuticles trimmed. Your nails aren't used to it. If you're not a professional and don't know a thing about doing nails then don't complain.Secondly, the prices here are really worth it, not overpriced at all. They're also very VERY busy, it's not always just about you. They have other people to take care of.And for the person I saw commented about how they didn't let you do acrylic infills, have you SEEN how busy they are? Oh boohoo this person booked before me to do acrylic infills so the staff don't have time for me. Well book earlier next time??And for the people complaining about their english?? That is the most uncultured and racist thing I've ever heard. People have been going to this salon for YEARS, maybe ask them about the amazing service instead, not people who come for the first time and complain about every little thing.Wonderful salon, I just can't believe how some of these people don't understand ANYTHING about beauty treatments.

I just went and got a Manicure and Pedicure first it cost me $75. For gel on my toes and clear nail polish on my fingers due to the colour looking disgusting so I asked for it to be removed and to just paint my nails with top coat. My pedicure has nail polish all over my skin and im no nail expert but I manicure I am pretty sure it involves more then just putting my hand in water then moisturising and painting. Also since when do you file back and forward on the tip of the nail that’s how it gets broken…I have photos of my fingers with colour before I asked it to be removed, but I’m unsure how to uploadBut due to this experience I wouldn’t recommend.

Great pedicure. The manicure was disappointing, no soaking of hands, moisturiser or cuticle removal.

I had heard great things about this nail salon from a friend so I booked in and I'm really happy I did! I showed her some reference pics and she gave me exactly what I wanted - I'm soo happy with my new Nezuko nails! Thank you so much! This is definitely my new regular nail place from now on. :)
