Imagine Childcare Ballina

Absolutely the best childhood centre ever. The directors are incredible, staff are so amazing. They handle all development issues amazingly. They support us. Honestly never had a better experience.

My little girl recently started at Imagine Childcare. It is her first time being in care and first time being away from me for so long at a time. The team at Imagine organised for us to tour her room and spend time meeting her teachers and playing in the room before starting. They've gone out of their way to support both my little girl and us as parents to feel comfortable as we transitioned into day care. The facilities are clean, staff are so warm and welcoming and we get regular photos and updates on how our little ones day went. We are so glad we have chosen Imagine child care for our family.

We have a pretty good experience so far. They call us if there is something they are not sure about or if our baby Havana is not very settled. We get photos of their daily activities and a report.I like that their activities are designed to support developmental stages of our precious baby. They look after our daughter 3 days per week and we look forward to having that increased into 4 days and I love that they think outside the box and do no rely on waiting list but rather maximise their other available suitable resources.I am waiting for their confirmation but I am glad I received a positive, and accomodating response and not just a straight no.

I love Imagine my daughter is in the nursery and she is cared for at the highest level she gets her breakfast and lunch and morning and afternoon tea they provide nappies but the best part is the caring staff my daughter is very loved and treated like she is part of the family thanks imagine

Could not recommend this place enough, the educators are so lovey and the management team are amazing!! Everyone there are so lovely and caring and love the children as their own. Highly recommend if in need of a daycare or a place to work.

The staff at imagine Ballina have been so incredible during the first weeks of my sons enrolment & are always so welcoming, you even get a barista made coffee to go in the morning! You can’t get much better than that.
