What a fabulous place to stay, my partner and i stayed for 2 nights last week in townhouse 99 very spacious home, the place was absolutely awesome would recommend this to anyone also central to everything right in the heart of Warrnambool. Thank you so much Helen

Beautiful (like home) accommodation, central to shops, attractions and beach. Management goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is extra special. Secure parking. Spent seven days there and loved every minute. Would highly recommend. Can't wait to return.

WOW. Warrnambool CBD Townhouses are absolutely amazing. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach, a beautiful lookout to watch the sunset over the beach and town we barely used the car at all.The lounge room was amazing and you could sink right onto the couch and my husband loved reading his book in the stunning round swivel chair.We had a stormy Sunday which meant we couldn't do much outside but we didn't need to worry. There was plenty to do inside with the board games and luxurious spa.We loved our time here so much we have booked another weekend in a few weeks. Helen and John are fantastic and are extremely welcoming and helpful. We cannot wait to come back to CBD Townhouses soon.

Great accomodation in central Warrnambool. For the price of a hotel room you get a wonderfully renovated home.
