Jesse provided prompt and professional service at a time when the market was extremely busy and we needed to get our inspection done as soon as possible. He was very thorough and took the time to explain all the issues that required attention on the house we are planning to purchase. This has helped me to be aware of the many things that need to be considered when purchasing an older house. I required two inspections on two different properties within a week, and he was able to complete comprehensive reports on both within the same day.Jesse was open to talking through the reports with me without influencing my decision. He also gave me excellent advice when buying my new home. I used his services twice and was very impressed by him on both occasions. His price was very reasonable too. Had Jesse do a pest and building inspection in lismore after being dissapointed with another p&b provider that was late ,and very short .Jesse arrived on time and well equipped , he was very thorough as I left him to do his job . Jesse then explained to me in very clear detail all defects found and how they may be remedied and roughly expected costs involved and also happily answered my questions . Overall I was very satisfied with their service , esp the time spent and effort , along with the clear and comprehensive report which swiftly arrived that afternoon . Cannot recommend Jesse enough , great service and very competitive rate .
