Clownfish Club

Great place, our kids (1 year old and 2 and a half year old) absolutely loved it, we could tell by how happy they were when we arrived to pick them up (they hadn’t seen us yet). The centre is so well run and Steph the manager is amazing. Always a worry when you leave your kids at an unfamiliar place, but Steph was all over it asking us questions about the kids to make sure their needs were attended too.

Our kids love clown fish. So very well run. The director is so lovely, warm, patient and friendly. It was nice to see a familiar face again this year. Weekly well planned activities. We really enjoy our own time knowing our children are well cared for and enjoying every second. We love hamilton island

The staff were absolutely fantastic! It helped me and my wife enjoy our holiday somewhat child free (kids are 2 and 1 years old). Michelle was amazing as were all the staff. Our daughter was unsettled to begin with but settled quickly. My wife called to check on her and they were fantastic. Kids slept and ate well and were very happy come pick up time. Can’t recommend enough!!

Our 19month old Kiara spent the whole day at clownfish club on the nursery side. From the minute we dropped her off to our babysitter picking her up (we had a wedding) the experience was flawless. Our daughter had the best day, the staff are so lovely and caring, we will absolutely have no hesitation taking our kids to clownfish club again when we come back.

Great place to drop off your kids for half of full day with a very friendly and professional team of carersOur four year old daughter absolutely loved it and asked to go again. Bouncy castle, face painting and many more fun activities.

Fantastic center with great staff. Looked after our little one when she didn’t want to be separated. They were superstars and after the first afternoon our daughter was asking if she could go again. Thanks J and A, much appreciated.

Overall, this is a great place to put your child into care to have some much needed adult time. My child had fun whilst she was there which is exactly what every parent wants and is a huge relief. My grievances were that I had made clear that my daughter has a sleep schedule that is extremely important and this was not followed during her second day in care. Changes were made to the schedule without my knowledge & against my instructions and made me question the trust that was initially built during my daughter's first day of care. I am not sure whether it was because the first day of care it was very quiet day compared to the second day, which was busy for the club. Regardless, the instructions were there for a reason & it comes across as disrespectful to have them disregarded without the club checking in with me. The outcome was a grumpy toddler who was over tired. When I called to check that day, the lady on the phone responded defensively & said she was only there to cover breaks. Additionally, during the 2 days of care we had my daughter in, the club had lost her hat & her sunscreen and these were never found/returned.

We dropped our nearly 2 year old son for 3 days at Clownfish Club! He had an absolutly fun time and the staff were lovely and accommodating! Thank you so much :)

Our 5 year old son absolutely loved Clownfish Club on Hamilton Island. He woke up so excited to return after his first visit! The staff were very caring and friendly and nothing was ever any trouble. We took advantage of the half day sessions which allowed the perfect balance of family time and couple time. Highly recommend this service during your holiday.
