We have had great babysitting service from Coastal Babysitters each time and would not hesitate to book again. The kids have a fantastic time and we have no worries while away. Our most recent sitter was Grace and she brought one of our kids to a birthday party, while managing to keep the younger kid entertained. There was music and crafts. Both had a fabulous day! We look forward to our next time using Coastal Babysitters.

Booking was nice & easy & had great communication. As for our babysitter Serena she was AMAZING! I was super nervous but as soon as I met her I felt calm and trusted her! She kept me updated with how they were & as well as being so lovely she also bought her own toys & gave my boys lots of love! Would 10/10 recommend

Fiona was exceptional! She did an amazing job caring for my daughter and nephew during a wedding. She was unflappable and instantly built a rapport with my 2 year old who can be very clingy especially around strangers. Seeing how quickly Fiona got Chloe engaged in the activities she brought allowed me to enjoy the wedding completely at ease (leading up to the event I had assumed I’d be required to go back and forth to settle or comfort her and I didn’t have to do this at all). Highly recommend Fiona to anyone who is lucky enough to get her.

Both of our experiences with Coastal Babysitters has been amazing. Our baby was only 4 months with our first experience in Byron and 7 months at the last one in Kingscliff and both ladies who looked after our little boy were outstanding. They both had a beautiful nature and made myself and my husband feel extremely comfortable from the get go. They communicated with us hourly with messages and photos which was so lovely. Couldn't recommend this service enough!

My husband and I are truly grateful for Wendy’s service. It was our first date night in over a year and she went above and beyond as a babysitter. She texted us to let us know everyone was fed, bathed and put to bed soundly which was so lovely. Wish we lived closer so we could have her as our babysitter again. She was fantastic and couldn’t recommend more.

We used Coastal Babysitters on a recent holiday to Byron. The booking process was seamless and really efficient. Our babysitter Grace was amazing, my two boys immediately loved her, and they had a fantastic day. We will definitely be using Coastal Babysitters next time we visit Byron.

Grace was an amazing sitter who won over our two kids (aged 3 and 7) with colouring books, Harry Potter paraphernalia, building a cubby house in the living room and various craft activities… she even brought a glue gun! She went to a lot of effort to connect with both our children. She is fun and absolutely trustworthy. I can’t sing her praises enough!

Coastal Babysitters were fantastic. They confirmed pricing ahead of time and the sitter messaged the day prior to reconfirm details / introduce herself. The sitter was amazing - aside from being lovely, she brought a whole range of toys and outfits for our 20 month old to play with.

We have used Coastal Babysitters many times over the years when visiting Byron Bay or the Gold Coast and couldn’t be happier. They are always great at promptly communicating with us and finding us a good sitter, and the sitters are always amazing! This last time we had Alannah and she was just great! She was very nice/great with the kids, was excellent at communicating with us, and even brought some super fun Easter crafts for the kids to do, which they absolutely loved. I couldn’t recommend this company more!
