Swansea has the most rudest staff honestly if you don't want to be there leave your job instead of treating your customers like they are a burden when they order. I never felt so uncomfortable before ordering food in my life like I did today!!!!

Generally OK for subs. Wraps were a bit iffy - have no idea how they turned the biggest wrap I've ever seen, into the smallest made" wrap - ended up having to buy 2

Ordered wrap catering not proper box displayed not even paper wrap around food and it looks like left over food visualVery shame to serve my guests. Very disgusting and had two wrap me and my husband and my kid we all go to the toilet all this night. I'm not goanna visit this store any more. Even one star is too much

I went to the store last Monday and got a meatball sub which I had to wait 10 minutes for as there were no meatballs prepped. Once I got home and opened my sub there was sauce all over my sandwich, it was soggy and gross. I chose to go back today and give the store another chance only for the exact same thing to happen. The 2 young girls working were touching food with no gloves on and touching their faces then touching food. Was not a pleasant experience

Open" light was still on at the window but a staff said "we are closed" as soon as I walked in.They were still serving other customers in the store

Served by a moody teenage boy, not in a subway uniform. Just a Rick and Morty hoody. Heaps long greasy, dirty hair flying everywhere… no hair net, just flying around all the food. Also had ear phones in. Does this guy work here or just jumped behind the counter to help out?

Never open when you want food. Went over during a 12:00pm lunch break and was met with yet another closed sign saying it will open 4:30pm. Not the first time it’s happened either !

Can't say they aren't nice subs cause they are but the amount of times I've come down and get dinner and you guys are always shut even when you're supposed to be open? You should be restocking and running a business at the same time. Closing it for restock" loses customer revenue. You're also closed when it's around dinner time so why advertise that you're open until 8pm when you close to "restock" at almost 5pm. As I said

Yes, it is true that under the previous store owners Subway Swansea was a horrible experience. Those people were removed by Subway - for a good reason. The new owner is really trying to turn things around and has improved the quality immensely. From what I've been told the new owner is fairly young and new but Swansea should try to support him. I was there on the weekend and the food was delicious. (I have no association with this store).
