Worst experience I’ve ever had. Saw the reviews and thought I’d give it a go. The hairdresser was so awful, made patronising and snarky comments the entire time I was telling him what I wanted and told me what I’d chosen was ugly and that it wouldn’t suit me. I left with bleach bands in my hair, after I called and told them I wasn’t happy they said they wouldn’t do anything to help me as I’d already left. Not that I really wanted to go back anyways. Save your time and your money and go some place that has respectful and adequately experienced staff. If I could give zero stars I would

Jin(Gin) did my hair few times,honestly he is so goodVery polite and patient and doesn’t over talk.Highly recommend !!!!He was so gentle and respectfulFor $60 hair cut ,he even washed my hair 3-4 times ,very nice guys!!!!!

Very professional team and modern clean salon. I have fine fragile hair and they were still able to make my hair look great. Used gentle products and topped off the colour with a pH balancing treatment. Definitely be back. Highly recommended .

Had a hair cut and half head of foils here and was very happy with the result. The stylist that did my foils was a real perfectionist and made sure they were exact - resulting in a really fantastic colour that was exactly what we had agreed on before starting. The salon was clean and quiet. Happy with my visit.

Thank you to Jin for colouring and cutting my hair last week. I enjoyed our conversations too :) He took the time to figure out exactly what style I wanted, giving advice and suggestions along the way. He is very careful, cautious and professional. He is trying to perfect his English, so make you you have a good chat with him if you go!

I came across this salon on group on and throught I would give it a chance because I’m new to the area and most of the reviews looked good. Got to my appointment and the guy working there was nothing but horribly rude. He was awful and extremely unprofessional. The highlight of it was when he said “if I messed up your hair You would go around crying to everyone you know”. I do not recommend this place it is just a big waste of time.

First time visiting this salon for Shiseido chemical straightening. Relaxed atmosphere and such friendly service. Close parking and quality products. Will be back for future treatments. Highly recommend.
