Sinclairs of Berry

We recently stayed at this accommodation with our family and had an amazing experience! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortably furnished. The home has beautiful coastal styling with many unique personal touches. Everyone from grandparents to toddlers loved the yard and pool. Caroline was friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, walking distance to all the delicious restaurants and bakeries. Faultless! Everything thing about this place was nothing short of perfection for our extended family to have a Christmas holiday away together. The warm welcoming by Caroline with rustic bread, local relishes and homemade banana cake set the ambience of the whole stay. The attention to detail throughout the house was remarkable, including the fresh and beautifully decorated Christmas tree with matching table décor that Caroline surprised us with to place all our presents under. The vast choice in stylishly decorated bedrooms (each complete with its own bathroom) coupled with the huge living and dining area meant that everyone from my family including toddlers, teenagers and even our great grandma were comfortably catered for. The array of activities including the gorgeous local shops, the expansive grass area, the stunning pool and the inviting firepit with ample seating to gather around were constantly in use and thoroughly enjoyed by us all. The photos on the website are a true reflection of what to expect of the very clean and spacious accommodation. Thanks Caroline and Hilton for allowing us to have such a fabulous holiday away where we were able to create some amazing family memories together...we just loved it! xx

Fantastic farm house right in the heart of Berry. Walking distance to all on offer on the main street of Berry. The house is beautifully designed and cosy. The grounds are picturesque. Would highly recommend staying with a group of friends.

Highly recommended. We had a group of 14 for my 50th birthday on what turned out to be a wet weekend - every single/couple had their own bedroom with en-suite; the living area was big enough to comfortably accommodate us all around the fire; the huge dining table comfortably fit us all for meals; and the kitchen was spacious and well equipped. In short, it’s really thoughtfully set up to cater for the needs of big groups - all against the background of a beautifully designed and curated home. Then there is the location - so close to the shops and cafes of Berry, with a beautiful outlook over paddocks out the back. The cherry on top is that Caroline is such a lovely & accommodating host. Thanks Caroline and Hilton - it was the absolutely perfect base for a wonderful weekend.

Our family had a truly delightful stay at Sinclairs over a weekend in February. From the minute we walked into Sinclairs, we felt like we stepped in to such a special place. Home made banana bread and local eggs waiting for us in the kitchen to flowers from the garden placed throughout the property. Each room had a unique touch and our guests raved about their luxurious farm stay. Can’t recommend this house enough, it’s perfect for a large group in Berry!

Wow, this house is simply stunning – well appointed and beautifully styled, luxe yet cosy. On arrival we were greeted by our lovely host Caroline who not only showed us through the house, but also left us with fresh fruit and bread, eggs from her farm and the most delicious home baked banana bread! The property is really well set up – the kitchen is huge with everything you need including essential ingredients. The adjoining living area has a big dining table and large comfy sofas, perfect for a large group to gather. The outdoor space is next level – plenty of space to relax and entertain and the best pool looking over the gorgeous garden and acreage. The house is really peaceful and private but just metres from Berry’s shops, pubs and restaurants, you really can’t beat the location. A magical place to spend the weekend, we will be booking it again next year!

Stunningly beautiful property, decorated with style and comfort in mind. The wide open kitchen, dining lounge area provided space for all to eat, chat, play and relax. Clean and comfortable rooms, I slept soundly and woke to enjoy the pool and grounds. Thanks for having me.

We had the absolute best 5 days at Sinclairs of Berry. Caroline is the most thoughtful of hosts. She went above and beyond to make sure our weekend wedding with our bridal party would be remembered for a lifetime. The town of Berry and the Sinclairs house will always hold a special place in our hearts. The interior design, amenities and extra little touches are 10/10! Perfect for groups and a relaxing weekend away.

Sinclairs at Berry what an Amazing place for a personal retreat or corporate event. Highly recommended for to anyone who wants to set the bar high. The Property is well maintained. The Layout is perfect. Individual ensuites for every bathroom is such a luxury. Interiors are at a high standard and there are no compromises. We will be back. Wish we had stayed longer.
