Gaffney's Leaking Showers

They re-waterproofed our shower and they did a great job. The guys were all professional and cleaned up after themselves. The shower looks great. I definitely recommend them.

Gaffneys leaking showers is the worst trade business I have ever had to deal with in Brisbane. Larry Gaffney visited my daughters property with a leaking shower issue and insisted on a $600 upfront payment the day of attempted repairs. Larry was unsuccessful in repairing the leak in my daughters shower, and he's been back 2 times since... and she still cannot use her shower. He didn't try to completely help, find a solution or thoroughly repair the issue she has - even though her issue is the very essence of his business. Larry Gaffney offered a 25 year guarantee, a 12 year product guarantee and still to this day, 3 months onwards... she still cannot use her shower. After calling him to try to resolve the issue, he refunded half the money, however - when I tried to talk openly regarding my frustrations with his service, he hung up on me. If I could give less than one star - I would. Appalling behaviour from a human and a business owner.
