A couple of months ago I purchased a king single as opposed to a king in error. As soon as it arrived I realised my mistake.I reached out via the website in the contact us section to see if a refund was possible. I even immediately purchased the correct size as I thought a return would be possible. I ended trying an additional 3 times and even rang the mobile number on the website and left a message to no avail. Very poor customer service in relation to when things go wrong. Yes you will get your items but don't expect any response when there is some error.

Amazing products and great customer service. I ordered a king single cover for my daughter and absolutely love the quality. My questions were answered promptly and product arrived timely. Will definitely buy again and have already recommended to many others
