After sitting on the phone to sort this issue out this warrants a 0 star approach.Our company manages a local leisure centre where we had an account with Best Business Deals for over 6 years now. Obviously we have had a change over of many General Managers and Executive Directors since the account was first established. In order to arrange any assistance to improve or get a technician the authoriser of the account can only action this matter.Although we tried to gain assistance in obtaining who the authoriser was for the account and possibly getting someone from our office to assist with the matter, we r could not gather who the authoriser on the account was.We tried myself as client manager, our operations manager and general manager to try and gauge who the original authoriser was. However we still cannot get any action in the account although our company processes the bill.We have multiple members that could be on the account and with no assistance from the operator over the phone, we could not even get a technician to come and fix the wifi issues our leisure centre has.This is such a stone age process, although we had all other information required, account, address and other information, the authoriser (who we couldn't even get an idea of who it might be so we could advise the persons within our company to assist) had the final say.It didn't even matter the title of who was trying to assist with this matter and who to escalate to from our office (operations manager had to intervene) that the authoriser was never disclosed on the account that WE pay for.So after no assistance at all the leisure centre currently has no wifi which poses as a major security risk for the leisure centre due to the CCTV footage having to operate off of the wifi. So our team cannot get a technician appointed to fix the issue.None the less its just easier to change providers so at least myself and our operations manager can be authorisers on an account WE pay for. However your company is very quick at making sure we pay the invoices on time..... GREAT WORK BEST BUSINESS DEALS!
