Complete Health Clinic

I started seeing Troy from the Complete Health Clinic about 6 or 7 years ago. Troy has got my back/neck to a place where I only need to see him if I've done something silly to mess it up! He's provided fantastic advice and and strategies to help strengthen my back in order to come back and see him. He's worked wonders!Thanks Complete Health Clinic!

I have been several times to the complete health clinic over a few years and every time I have found the help to be spot on and the treatment quickly helped to alleviate my back pain. They aren't one of those clinics who keep saying see you next week" but seem genuinely concerned for my well being both physically and at my wallet. Thanks CHC"

The receptionist is very rude and has no phone etiquette or social skills, this incident was also not handled well by the management.I have been a client for many years however due to the rudeness I received I will no longer be going to this clinic and would not advise others.

The Complete Health Clinic care more about running a tight ship than the health of their patients. I made an appointment to see an Osteopath on Monday the earliest availability that I could make was Friday. On Monday I was in excruciating pain and so I asked to be on the cancelation list. The Clinic had requested that I arrive 20mins prior to my appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork. I am currently the full time carer of our 8 month old daughter so I had to make arrangements for her to be looked after while I attended my appointment. It is a lot more difficult to be on time for things when you have a young child.I arrived at my appointment 5 mins prior rather than the 20 mins and was told by the receptionist that I was too late, and so, they could not see me today. They she proceeded to look to make a new appointment. I was shocked and didn't know what to say! I asked if I could fill out the paperwork after, the actual Osteopath (who seemed angered by my request) told me that it needed to be done to be able to treat me (fair enough). So I asked if it was really going to take me 20 mins, offering to do it as quickly as possible and she bluntly replied YES then continued to explain that she had an appointment straight after me and she didn't want to hold up the next patient. There was no other solutions offered, like perhaps I could just have a shorter consultation. They didn't bother to ask me what my condition was or level of discomfort. Then the receptionist asked me when I would like to reschedule for and the Osteo walked away. I told them not to bother rescheduling. Thanks for caring Complete Health Clinic, Tuggerah.

Have always been treated professionally with kindness and care . Have recommended several friends all very happy I've been a patient with them for more than 10 years. I am now seeing Mark fantastic
