Absolutely an amazing experience. I attended the Sunday class at Cakers Warehouse in Albion Park Rail. Camilo was amazing and learn't soooo much. I can recommend anyone to attend one of his workshops. His attention to detail is something out of this world. Thank you Camilo, it was a pleasure to learn from you and meet you. Had the pleasure of doing A buttercream class with Camilo from Aletoso luxury cakes and I found the class very informative. I learnt many new aspects using the eggless buttercream. Loved creating the wafer paper flowers and Camilo was patient and more than obliging. Would recommend the class to anyone.

I had the opportunity to take a class with Camilo to learn watercolour buttercream and wafer paper flower skills. Camilo was a wonderful teacher, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and focussed on ensuring all students understood each technique. He openly and clearly explained his techniques making it easy to follow. I learnt so much, such a fun class! Thank you Camilo!
