Forty Winks Narre Warren

Very disappointing and scammers.. I am waiting for a refund for more than 3 months now. Lodged a case with VCAT and waiting for a hearing date.I would recommend not to buy from them. Lot of sweet sales talk but it is a rip off. Stay away from them.

Very disappointed in the delivery service. We received no text or notice about the time of delivery. The person who initially took our order got the wrong number down. We went back into the store to correct the number and then she obviously didn’t pass this on to the delivery company. The delivery people rocked up well before 9am (outside of usual business hours) without informing us (even though we requested the delivery be made after midday). In addition, they didn’t assist with carrying the heavy bed frame and bedside tables up the stairs and instead just dumped them in the doorway and left. The drivers were extremely rude to my husband when he explained that I am 8 months pregnant and could they please give me 5 mins to get dressed so they could bring the stuff in. Their truck was also blocking access to a drive way and our neighbours were trying to leave get to work. When my husband called head office to give feedback about the experience the person didn’t even bother to apologise. Overall a very awful experience and we will not be purchasing anything from Forty Winks ever again.

We purchase a my side mattress. Had issues within months. The pillow top was replaced twice. The third time we had it assessed we where told that 40 winks don't cover 'change of mind ' and not to bother going down legal avenues!Now booking a $6000 hard rubbish collection!

We had a great experience here. We had never shopped at Forty Winks before and prior to this visit unfortunately had gone through 2 mattresses in 6 years that just didn't feel perfect, including a very popular and cheap online-only brand that sends you the mattress in a box. We came to the conclusion we needed to spend more money and wanted advice. We were assisted by an older gentleman who was patient, informative and respectful of our relatively small budget. He showed us many mattress options suited to our sleeping styles and budget, and gave us his full attention from start to finish. We felt no pressure to purchase but felt confident making a purchase and are eagerly awaiting delivery.

Rude sales person. Talking down on us for wanting to go for entry range mattresses. Do not recommend if you get him as a salesperson.

Salesperson didn't even face me when asking about our budget till me and my partner called him out.Don't assume the man, my partner has the money. I'll take my money, my business elsewhere.

Not happy with the service from the delivery agents who didn't call me and rocked up at 845 am without notice and gave me attitude. The build quality is questionable too given you can see the glue stains on the wood. Not happy with the product. I asked for a solid wood bedframe. It's not all wood.

Went to the VIP night tonight and was an awesome night. The service Cassie provided was out of this world… She was fantastic. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Thank you, look forward to our new mattress.
