Our experience with Australian Outdoor Living was nothing but exceptional. From the measure & quote to installation, they were professional and were able to instal our outdoor kitchen prior to Christmas when several other companies couldn't guarantee this. We love our new outdoor area.

This is the second time we will be using Australian outdoor living. Patrick came today and gave us a quote to redo our artificial grass which was destroyed by the old landscaper. Patrick’s was definitely patient and very accommodating which is why we have resigned. He called Jay in the office to work out a price that we were both happy.

Very pleased with the new pergola and blinds. The salesman was very courteous and helpful, I did not feel at all pressured.Rob who did the precise measuring and drawings was extremely efficient and communicated very well with us, and corrected some minor issues after installation.The guys who came to install the structure were super organised and efficient.I LOVE my new blinds that work well and are very well fitted.Office staff were not always on the ball - errors in the email communications, documents missing from emails, errors in documents and some miscommunication.Overall a great result, good value for money, great face to face interactions. My advice would be to check every piece of correspondence from the finance team and the back office

I had an appointment today to get a quotation for outdoor blinds. I have been hunting for a better option for my outdoor area and found it friendly to get the service from your company. Unfortunately the person who came for the quote was complaining from the first minute he saw us, saying that he had to drive 1 hr to reach us to Cranbourne north which is absolutely not our problem. Plus he was good at explaining the products but declined to give us a quote saying he didn't drive one hr just to give a quote. As per your company conditions a free measure and quote is possible as to even assume if we want it or not and that is what I discussed over the phone with your team. Really disappointed about how he approached us where he was not ready to even measure, show samples and just walked away without even greeting! The way we had the conversation over the phone with your team and the way he behaved are completely different. Pathetic! Waste of time

Adam Lane attended to qte a deck and verandah for me he was lovely. professional ,knowledgeable and I was impressed with his presentation. He had samples of the product.All the office staff are great definitely recommend their products seem very superior

What an experience!! Today Courtney visited our home to do a quote and measure for our backyard. Her knowledge and advice were outstanding. She was on time and went above and beyond to understand our needs then recommended a fantastic product that will suit our yard for the kids and our fur babies. She was friendly and helpful, and nothing was too hard for her. Brendan Eddington did a great job of installing the grass in trying weather conditions. The finished product is excellent.
