AusPost services are good ,but this store is terrible. They have slow service and very often you see a queue so long that it's goes to the end of the store and even footpath . Plus they misplace your stuff and can ask you to do a trip later when they can find it . Hope they fix the operations soon .

Decent post office with good service. However, since COVID there is no Saturday morning parcel pick up service which made it very hard for people like me who works far from Parramatta during weekdays and unable to find time to go there to pick up parcel. Thankfully they will eventually put your unpicked up parcel into one of the mail box so you can pick it up, but it takes a while before they do that.

Australia Post service is very slow or staff is working slow to kill time. Also why do my packages kept being sent to this branch when the closest to me is at westfield? I have 3 orders from Myer and 2 has been delivered to my place while the 3rd has been sent to this branch?? WHY?? All have been done on the same day. It is very absurd for delivery man to do that.

Passport paperwork is intimidating, and part of the reason why is that you're always anticipating staff looking for any small reason to reject. Our experience this morning was the complete opposite! The amazing woman that helped us was so kind and came up with solutions when we were sure mistakes that we made meant we'd have to come back again and start from zero. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation painless. Made our day!

Parramatta GPO is a top post office and I used to have my PO Box there when my business was more Sydney Centric.They're really good! Great staff, well located and easy to pick up and send large materials.LOVE THEIR WORK!!!

The review is mostly about the particular branch and not the aus post as such. There are certain services that require me to go to this branch which is quite far from where I am. Finding a parking is a pain and once you've done that, to get work done in this branch is painfully slow. Though I'm sure they are doing their best but other branches are way quicker.

They always have friendly staff working here. They are super helpful and go above and beyond for me. Some of the rude customers I've seen them have to deal with is an eye opener. They get spoken to very disrespectfully on occasions and deal with it in a professional manner. I've been dealing with some of the same staff for 14 years. They are great.

I am very upset with the services done by post man. I am very much aware and witnessed of them not showing up multiple times when we are in our apartment, always ended up leaving our parcel whether in mail box or post office. However this time they went far. My parcel damaged where I am all morning at home which is so annoying. There is a limit of bludging and this is so too much. Even the customer service are rude. If we complain they defend by saying, May be forgotten by post man or you might have lots of unit so he won’t got a time. Does that make any sense??. Government should pay more attention and hire good people to work.

Literally the staff is very very rude there in this particular post office. We feel like we have done some crime or something. I mean who are they. They should treat their customers well. Atleast show some respect. We are paying tax for these services right. Its not for free. I wish I have an option to complain against these disgusting behaviour of the staff there. Every time, had worse experience from there.
