Trained at this Dojo for 16 years. Feel very fortunate to have found this place. A space that is exclusively set up for Aikido, with the mats being set down permanently. The instructors conduct a class which allows the participants to observe and hopefully catch the secrets of the Art. Sugano Sensei's Aikido attracts like minded people so we come together and focus on the techniques and their benefits. A more uplifting, caring experience in a world that's becoming increasingly divisive and demands instant results. This place allows you observe yourself in a safe and relaxing environment.

Have been training at this dojo for 7 years, 3 times a week. I like the teaching, which always inspires me rather than just telling me what to do. I love the feeling of learning things by observing, thinking, and practising, which is exactly what I have felt when I am training. Lucky I found this dojo.

I just came to Adelaide and had to check this place out. It's the only Aikikai place I can find. I was worried that it would be closed after covid, but the class is still open normally. David & Upi sensei are still teaching.
