Quality of there product is fantastic. I cannot complain about the product. Their processors let them down. They use to be a 1-2 day turn around, mine took 2 weeks to get it back. (Hold up in Engineering) yes granted it was an old Citroen radiator, but still.... 2 weeks! The price which was quoted verbally (this is their main way of quoting - verbally), which allowed me to quote and win the job, DOUBLED. Yep, doubled and there was no phones calls advising or emails of the changes. There was items on the invoice which I have never seen in 7 years of dealing with this company. The main reason for the 1-star is PRICE and their inability to stick to what they say. Even new manager said that he would fix it..... NOPE. Oh sorry, he got his worker to call and knock of $90 for sandblasting and stripping which I never asked for in the first instance. Very dissatisfied customer now. I will be changing my Business google review when I get back to work.

Awesome place great service

The Guys at Redback and Diecon marine couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. They did a fantastic job refurbing the heat exchangers and oil coolers from our cummins marine engine and gen set. The team fille us with confidence from the moment we walked in the door and they managed to repair like new what we thought was ready for the bin. All done for a very fair price too.We won't be taking our coolers anywhere but diecon and Reback to be serviced. Can't recommend them highly enough.We look forward to dealing with them again in the future.CheersSteve and Roland.
