Knowledgeable therapist, felt much better in tight shoulders. Was only surprised when was closed at 4:30 pm the other day when I spontaneously wanted to pop in.

I’ve had massages at Palms Spa, Glenrose, and found the masseur very skilled. He even alleviated my headache. But the foot detox is a joke. For the same price as a massage, I got a foot spa with some red stuff in the water and that was it. I was supposed to sit there for half an hour. I asked if anything else would happen but the staff just shook their heads and ignored me. After 20 minutes I’d had enough and left feeling distinctly ripped off

Awful experience here, I won’t ever be coming back. I am unsure how this place is able to operate?? Not sure how they have any 5 star reviews, I’ve heard such awful things about this place.

Extremely bad and unsettling experience here. Will not be coming back, left feeling very uncomfortable. Don’t know if they are even properly qualified. Please be aware/careful, would not recommend for a number of reasons!

My wife had a booked a massage for reflexology as she has a few health issues and needed this particular service. All she got was a unpleasant foot rub and none of the techniques were used. It was terrible and when she told the staff they ignored get complaint. She was upset about the entire service she went back in-store to discuss options. The manager was rude and inconsiderate my wife had to wait 45mins for a solution and all they could offer was a voucher for the Sydney stores but we live in Brisbane. Terrible!!!!!!! I would not recommended at all.

Probably worst massage around.Tried two different masseurs. One just didn't know how to massage, almost just strokes.Other one massaged so hard, doing some weird massage, that for weeks had neck pains and problems.Wondering if they licensed at all?
