The staff are so patient and accommodating! My son has been terrified of trimmers for ages, and for the first time in a long time, he didn't cry during his last haircut!He absolutely adores Kristen.The cars and the TV's definitely help make haircuts a fun adventure for the kids.100% recommend!

My nephew was a very challenging customer as he was incredibly scared. But our hairdresser was very patient and tried to convince him. We got there at the end, but we couldn't proceed with clippers - it had to be a scissor cut. Our hairdresser was gentle and did a great job considering the difficult customer.

My son hated haircuts but had a lot of hair since he was 6 months old. He'd scream the house time any time a buzzer went near his head, which made it really difficult to get his hair cut at a normal hairdresser.But Ziggetty has helped him overcome his fears with endless patience and support. He's now 4 and doesn't mind hair cuts at all. This is the only place we get his hair cut. Recommended!

The environment here is just so welcoming for kids with the cars, TV and toys providing ample distraction, coupled with the calming influence of Iris we had a successful haircut and will be back!

We just got back after having my 2 yo twins haircut. Kristen did any amazing job with my boy twin's thick long hair. She was super fast and accommodated all my requests, even when he was being challenging. Also happy with my girl's cut as well. Thanks again and highly recommend.

Judging from the negative reviews, which is several, the ZS owner/management doesn’t like to take criticism and be counterproductive on how they should improve their services. Instead of being defensive, learn how to take an “L” and remedy the issues that your paying customers have aired.I agree with the low star ratings simply because I experienced most of what has been said by former customers.1. The long wait to be greeted and served. (even though there were 2 staff on and one other customer waiting for their child’s haircut). No acknowledgment after waiting 10min. Completely ignored.2. Upon consultation, I was quoted $180 max for head lice removal. Only to be lumped with $250 after my child’s hair was treated. (This is way more than other nit treatment salons elsewhere at a stage 5).3. The rudeness is second to none here. They don’t like to take criticism and become argumentative if you question the legitimacy of pricing.If you want your child’s hair to be treated for lice removal, I do not recommend Ziggety Snippets. Even with the aftercare being followed 7 days after, my child still had residual lice.

Iris is fantastic. She’s been doing Zacs hair for 3yrs and is fantastic. So patient and happy and does a fabulous Job every time even when he wiggles. Great facilities with the cars and tv screens.

Perfect spot to bring young kids for haircuts. My kid loves the little car seats they can sit in for the cuts, and the cute plaits that the lady did in her hair at the end. Brought her here 3 times now and will definitely go back.

Such a cute experience! The girls are very experienced and did a great job (actually listened to what you asked for). My son enjoyed his first hair cut here in one of the cute cars. He also got a certificate and a lock of hair to go with his first cut. Really enjoyed this experience and would recommend it for your kids hair cuts.The only interesting thing which seemed odd was you get charged a little extra if your kid doesn't sit still or moves. I feel like that should be expected with the territory and not be punitive for the parent.
