I made a decision to chop off all my hair after about 12 tenuous years of resentment due to the maintenance required (it was past my bum...). I sought out Kris' help as we were recently acquainted and I found her to be exceptionally amiable. She told me about her passion for hair and once I made the appointment she held my hand through the whole process expertly and provided pertinent professional recommendations to ensure that the end result was a knockout. I couldn't have asked for better and the cut I walked out with delights me to this day, weeks later. I am so happy, I don't think I'll ever go elsewhere. Thanks Kris!
