the lady that was assisting me was really sweet, but the lady that served me at the count was so rude! she was getting mad at me because she was mistaken for what perfume i had?? like grow up and shave your moustache girl. it was at around 2:30 and i was served by a caitlyn.

False advertising, contacted multiple times (email, phone and social media) due to issues with out of date products, been two weeks and still zero resolution. Reported to ACCC.

Absolutely shocking staff.The pharmacist is not compassionate in the slightest.They also don't have a back up system, so if you have a script on file, it is the internet's fault.. so the pharmacist said!Can't rely on this chemist to look after you.

The (male) pharmacist in charge was friendly, all other pharmacists (all female) seemed to be quarrelling non-stop and were running around like headless chucks. I was waiting for 4 prescriptions - time frame given to me was 30 minutes. I went shopping elsewhere & waited to receive the usual txt message (for repeat medications), which tells me that my meds are ready. After 45 mins I went back & approached the counter just to find out, that they were unable to supply 3 of the 4 medications & the 1 medication they had was from a non-reply script - that's why I did not receiv a txt. It would have been however nice, to get a call or a txt to advise of the situation rather than letting me wait and wait.

First time I've filled a script there and definitely the last. Told there'd be a 20 minute wait when handing it in. 1 hour later I got my medication after asking for my script back to go elsewhere. Awesome when you've just had surgery and got a baby with you!!

My family have COVID and I was not allowed to buy 2 box of different Nurofen for my whole family. My son has trouble taking tablets that is why I wanted 2. She was very rude and judgmental.

Great pharmacy. They are quick and helpful. Definitely a nice vibe" there with all staff meeting you with a smile and a genuine kind attitude. This is now my local and I'm quite happy."

Fantastic service, could see I was in obvious pain and got my script through as quickly as possible. Pharmacist took the time to go through the dos and donts with my medication as I hadn’t had it before. Fantastic service, caring people. A rare combination today.

Purchased a foundation and accidentally bought shade 120 instead of 130, went to exchange it with receipt and was refused. The employee said that they can’t as it could have just been grabbed off the shelf? Even though my husband walked in with it. Not sure what the issue would be when it is a clear exchange for the same item of value just a different shade.

If I could give negative stars for our experience this evening I would!This evening after a virtual consult with WCH for my son who has croup we were advised a script had been sent to the pharmacy of our choice - this pharmacy as we have used it many times before. Upon arrival my husband was informed that the script could not be dispensed as they were having computer issues and couldn’t see the script. After I called the hospital to advise them of this they called the pharmacy and advised they had issued the script and it needed to be filled, the pharmacy refused! My sick child was being refused medication due to a technical issue and they had no solutions as to how it could be resolved so my son could get the medication he needed to avoid a trip to the hospital. The treatment shown to the hospital and my husband were nothing short of disgusting! The pharmacist is question was telling the Dr at the hospital that she was a junior phamicist and wouldn’t/couldn’t issue the medications. The Dr who gave the script to be filled was there on the phone authorizing it, it should not have been a question at that point it should have been dispensed instantly! No instead I had another 3 phone calls to the hospital trying to get it sorted and a 2 hour wait at the pharmacy for what should have taken no more than 30 mins! Disgusted doesn’t even come close to our experience tonight! I will go out of my way to find any other pharmacy in future!
