Damon and his team did an outstanding job installing our air-conditioner.We were impressed with their level of professionalism and attention to detail.We liked the fact that Joe Cools is a family based business and that Damon uses his own tradespeople, and not contractors. Further, their quote was the most competitive of the three that we obtained.We highly recommend Joe Cools for their promptness, efficiency, tidiness, and commitment to quality workmanship.We would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish.Old ducted air conditioning system that needed to be replaced. Our new installation including new indoor/outdoor units, new ducting, new vents and controllers. We needed our new outdoor unit installed in the same place as the old one, it was in an unusual spot away from the home and required some creative work from the boys to do the installation. Damon and his team were able to fully accommodate us with our setup and did an excellent job.Joe Cools are professionals, they listen to the customer, know their products and all have good communication skills. A little pricey compared to other organisations out there but in all honesty well worth the extra dollars to get the job done properly by quality trades people.Credit to the boys Gabe, Bryce and Josh they worked hard and did an excellent job, they are respectful, diligent and work well together as a team.Thank you very much everyone a very happy customer.Lee-Roy

I was referred to Joe Cools by my son and daughter-in-law, who had engaged them previously. I enjoyed meeting Damon, and thought the price for a ducted reverse cycle system very reasonable. Today I was rewarded by a perfect installation. Thanks Damon and Brice (and Gab). There's no beating old-fashioned service and integrity, and these guys have it in spades. Totally recommend them.

Damon and his team recently replaced my mum’s old ducted air con. The whole experience with Joe Cool’s was professional and stress free from start to finish. The technicians arrived on time and did an excellent job of installing the new system, leaving the place neat and tidy. They were friendly and respectful. My mum was so pleased with the work done. We recently had reverse cycling air-conditioning put into our house. Communication with Damon was excellent, and the work completed by Josh, Gabe and Bryce was great!Josh and Gabe worked solidly all day at our house from 8am until 6pm in pouring rain (and freezing cold) to get the job done. They were super patient with us and two small children, sometimes under foot!It took us 8 years to get this done, and we couldn't be happier! Just had a new RC AC unit with zoning installed in our home unit. Very happy with Joe Cools AC from start to finish. A very informative first visit with options thoroughly explained. Damon took a lot of time to explain how things worked and the best options to suit our needs. We now have a highly efficient, quiet running unit with a lot of flexibility which is exactly what we wanted! Would definitely recommend Joe Cools. Prompt, professional, polite and efficient service.

I obtained 4 quotes to replace our aging ducted RC AC system. Joe Cools visited our home and conducted a very thorough inspection and discussion of our needs, followed promptly by a quotation including all the options we had requested. Joe Cools wasn't the lowest quote, but we selected them based on their professionalism and our reference checking. They were very responsive to our communications throughout the process and the changeover was completed with no issues within a day. We are very happy with our decision to deal with Joe Cools and are pleased to recommend them.
