Without a doubt the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I should say in stark contract to my experience at the Windsor store. Today I made my seventh (7th) phone call to the Fortitude Valley store and was hung up on for the second time by Alex regarding a cancelled order from July 2022. He was previously rude and hung up the phone in November 2022. If head office reads this, Alex has my email, please get in contact with me to resolve this before we get to 12 months. I would recommend you consider who you have customer facing, terrible representation of the business.

They are very quick to contact you with any questions or concerns you may have with your purchase. I will always shop here because of the wonderful customer service I have received today.

I purchased the “Burrow Queen Bed” in Feb 23. The bed is faulty and coming apart.I’ve tried twice with their online customer support, once in store and again by phone.Their customer support is non existent, it should be as simple as repair or replace.A absolute joke of a company, their craftsmanship quality has gone through the floor.

Great store, friendly staff, easy parking underneath the building. Set over several floors, so it's slightly different to the standard Freedom store layout. A lift is available if you find the stairs difficult or require wheelchair access. This store had a few more pieces than the Windsor store, but the Windsor store has a bigger kitchen showroom. Clearance items are tucked under the stairs, on the right hand side - by the main entrance.

Disappointed with the customer service received here. Was buying 3 rugs from here, two of which they didn’t have in stock. When asked if they could ring to get the other Freedom store to hold it, the dude at the counter bluntly said they wouldn’t hold it (without even trying to call despite the fact there were no other customers in the store at the time). I called said store as soon as I walked out, and when I offered to pay over the phone they kindly said “no worries, we’ll hold it here for you with your name until you can come and pick it up”. The dude at Freedom Valley clearly couldn’t be bothered. 100x better customer service at Freedom Windsor and Jindalee if you can make to one of these instead. Won’t be back.

Showrooms over 3 floors with great access from the basement carpark. I was very pleased that they had the larger size Grestem floor rug in stock and we were able to load it straight from the warehouse in to the car. The rug looks amazing with the Noguchi coffee table we got from Replica Furniture earlier this month, it feels so comfortable underfoot and definitely adds a wow factor to the room.I bought S wave curtains and sheers from Freedom last year and were pleased with the quality and finish, back then the online ordering and delivery system was a bit hit and miss but it all got here in the end so all good.

The sales team were great at helping us select items for our new home - We did wait approx 2 months for our items to arrive which we were prepared for and then they were caught in the flood so we had to wait another 6 weeks which was no fault of Freedom. Special mention to Alex who did an amazing job at checking our furniture had arrived and getting it in the system as soon as possible so we could collect it. Very friendly and professional service.
