Alice Rebel's Cafe & Bar
This place is AMAZING. Really lovely staff and always willing to help. Especially when they served my wife, my son, and my wife's friend (with her children) with cold chicken. They didn't even apologise for it. Their assistance continues to be remarkable to the point that they will delete negative reviews because the owners refused to acknowledge their mistakes and bad practice.

We arrived 30 mins before closing but were greeted with friendly service not a problem. Brisket burger was delicious and Flamingo flt was good to. Lots of vegan choices. Only complaint would be the chips were not hot crispy were more like oven cooked bit on the dry side. Definitely go again though, liked the casual friendly atmosphere and dog friendly.

Alice Rebel: If you like Alice in Wonderland. A well loved book in Melbourne. You are going to enjoy Alice Rebel. The food is good and a variety of alcohol is available local and imported. There is a selection of vegan, vegetarian, and meat. There is a choice to sit inside or outside. Lot of space to move around. There is a toilet that is only provided to people that are purchasing food. The cost of the toilet as per management without food or other purchases. The staff are polite. Average cost per head: $25.00

This place is fantastic. I had the French toast which was delicious (not too sweet, but still dessert-like) and the most perfectly poured long-Mac. My mum had the veggie burger and sweet potato fried and said it was great.The cocktail menu looks fun so will be back for sureHighly recommend coming here for the friendly service, tasty food and a good time!

I’m sorry for giving this review. Maybe we came in a wrong time. We ordered latte and double espresso it was vey nice. However, for our breakfast we order vegan in wonderland and sourdough toast with scrambled eggs. The toast is like not even toasted and eggs is too dry and mushroom is very sour. Check out the pictures and compare to some one reviewed and posted it 3 years ago.

I’m sorry to leave this review but do so only in the hope that it will help the owners stay in business. The food that was served was like something you’d make at home in your own kitchen. A professional chef would really raise the standard of the presentation and the taste to the standard to match the price asked. The decor is lovely and a great concept. Waiters try their best and all the staff there seem like really nice people. But the food is a massive let down.

Disappointed in this place. Honest but less then favourable reviews get deleted. I know of at least 2 reviews that have been taken down. I hope the management and staff improve. We all make mistakes. I do hope you learn from yours and actually improve. 2 stars for the furniture.
