I went in there to purchase a gift the staff was very friendly and the clothing was first class great place to shop for sports clothing and equipment

Just wanted to recognise great customer service from Jett, he was extremely polite and professional.

The young man at the rear of the store was a bit clueless. I was asking for ladies socks and He told me the others where at the front of the store? Well lucky the two girls were there to point them out on the wall in the middle. He didn't seem to want to even go and check .

Just received outstanding service at this store!I came in to shop & happened to show them the sneakers I purchased,approximately 6 weeks ago, for my son for school. The shoes had started to pull apart.The staff member, I believe his name was Mark, offered me wonderful customer service, deemed the shoes faulty, and replaced them on the spot for me!I was not made to feel awkward for questioning the integrity of the shoe, in fact he made the process a completely pleasant experience!I will buy all my sports footwear from here in the future, & as a mother of 4 , that’s a lot of footwear! LolThank you Sports Power for impressing me with your customer service!

Never been so humiliated by this store, went in to look runners, on exit the security beam went off, other male exiting same time loud said I stole something , his daughter gave a smirk. I said I never got anything. I was 25m to 30 m past shop and staff member wants to look in my bag, I was gob smacked but let her look as nothing to hide but voiced my caution to her as it wasn't appropriate to harass someone so far past shop, going back to confront store manager , he was rude and self entitled to his right to ask to look in bag, ...yes at door post a security guard to check , not pursue innocent folk. My blood pressure is still high, no I'm sorry, guess what, I have right to view public my side of story too, your store is nasty folk, and see why people going to shop online.. enjoy going broke . Bad publicity follows doesn't it...karma

I had a very bad experience today .i went in store with my husband and my little kid .we were looking for Hoodies and they had clearly mentioned Puma Hoodies 2 for $50 we did doubled checked with the staff Is that the correct price he said yes .we selected 4 of them .when we went to pay at the counter he said it’s $50 each how disappointing is that and then he said I don’t want to disappoint you guys.let me check if I could give more discount after he checked it in his system he said I can reduce $4 more what a joke .we just paid for one .we will never go again for sure .

Not a huge variety in all areas of the store. The man who served me at the register was ok, but came across a little as though he had a problem serving me.

I had a terrible shopping experience at SportsPower Colonnades today (Thursday 23 July 2020). The guy that served me was unfriendly and rude I went there early morning when the store was just opened so it was still quite, i went there with my baby girl in the stroller I asked the guy if I could try a few hoodies on, there was no friendly greetings from this guy whatsoever he was kinda busy arranging nothing" no eye contact and he sent me to this tiny changing room that couldn't fit my stroller
