While Tom is friendly his provision of accurate information leaves a lot to be desired particularly when the delays become exceedingly long. The information provided was so far from being accurate at times it was almost laughable almost like tell you anything to stop you asking. This was very frustrating when trying to make plans. Weather got the blame not the lack of urgency once the rain went - needs to be a better way of informing of progress that is accurate - dissapointingAnd months later no progress

Jeff White has been nothing but honest and helpful when we were deciding to purchase land. Instead of trying to push the land purchase, he even suggested we take our time to visit the lot and hold off for a few days. He didn't lie to us or try to hide any negative points of the lot we were interested in. In fact, he even gave us extra information we wouldn't have even known to ask and was very thorough in explaining everything. He was very responsive via phone and e-mail.Overall, we were very grateful for his consideration and honesty and after further discussions and inspection, my wife and I went ahead with the contract and are excited to move forward in the next stage of our lives.
