Rapid Chip Repairs

After a small stone clip appeared on my wife’s Suzuki Swift’s windscreen, considered trying to fix it myself … but then did some online research which indicated there’s more to it than either putting epoxy glue in the crack. Or buying a thirty-odd dollar kit from one of the auto shops … so, I opted to try these guys at ‘Rapid Chip Repairs’, because they were local and prepared to come to me …Rolf arrived on time … and set to work … but before doing anything, he spent a minute or two examining the tiny indent and 20mm fine crack. As well as taking the time to explain the process. He also outlined some of limitations of fixing a stone chop in the windscreen. Taking out a a tiny high-speed rotary diamond bit, he cleaned the ragged indent to make a little more space for the resin. Watching on at the number of specialised tools, along with the care Ralf was taking, quickly realised I would never have been able to do anywhere near as good a job …I was left really impressed by Ralf’s calm professionalism. And couldn’t help but notice that final repair was almost invisible.Not only was this worth the money. But am happy to can recommend Ralf to anyone needing a windscreen repair …
