We met Lisa at national tiles South Morang ,and it felt like she was god sent at the time as we were extremely confused and overwhelmed picking stuff we weren’t sure about.She gave us the right advice ,helped in the selection process ensuring we didn’t end up blowing our budget which we were almost about to had she not stepped in with her expertise.A lot of people wouldn’t bother guiding you to ensure you don’t stretch or over stretch even if you can afford it.But she did go out of her way to ensure we bought stuff that we needed,that would look luxe and not cost us everything we had.It was the best sales experience we had in a long time and I would highly recommend everyone to use her services if they were going to National tiles South Morang.

We bought some tiles online last week. Online service was great. We received the delivery on Tuesday. There were three boxes and a few pieces. We realized that we need five more pieces after the tiler started his job the next day. So we contacted the headoffice. We were told that there were some in stock at South Morang location. So my partner drove over. The staff at the shop told him that he can only get a whole box which contains eleven pieces. If we can't buy only a few pieces, how come we received four pieces with the first purchase? When my paid paid for it, he was charged 1.32% surcharge by using efpots. On the receipt, it says Credit Card Merchant Fees. After he paid for the tiles, he needed to go over to the trade shop. When he got there, they had already left the box on the ground next to a paddle outside of the shop because they were about to close. It only takes one minute to drive fron the shop to the warehouse and they couldn't wait for that one minute! Terrible customer service!

Went in to purchase some trimming for the floor. Instead of letting us purchase what we want, the two ladies at the store kept telling us that the product we picked was not what we need and asked us to go to bunnings. I mean that's the first time, I've been to a store where the employees worked so hard to loose a customer.They were both extremely rude and didn't give us a chance to ask any questions or look at their products. We were able to get help from carpet call and purchased the exact same product we were going to buy from national tiles.

Excellent service by the Team here, especially Lisa.I accidentally locked my keys into my car whilst there getting samples and she couldnt have done enough for me, not to mention how honest she was about my choice of tiles for my bathroom being a bit busy and helping me to choose something a bit more balanced. Thanks again guys! I love the tiles!
