If I could, I would give them 10 stars. The service, professionalism, and care with which Armans took care of my now fiancé and I was unmatched. Levon helped us from start to finish, answering all of our questions and taking time to get exactly the design we were looking for in the engagement ring, even bringing in diamonds from my grandmother's old wedding ring. The ring is better than we could have imagined and the design brought the perfect mix of exquisite beauty and sentimental value. Thank you Levon to you and your family for treating our family and this moment with such care.

I believe the first time I stepped foot into Armans was close to if not just over 2 years ago. At that time, I had just begun the journey of trying to plan out the perfect pair of engagement rings for my partner and I. Though I was thorough in doing my research across different jewelers big and small both here in Australia as well as my home country (America), I knew Armans would be the perfect team to help bring the vision to life from the moment I met Levon in the shop. As an artist/designer, I took great pride in dreaming up a concept for the pair of rings which Armans not only brought to life, but greatly superseded. Levon and the fam are patient, gentle and keenly passionate about bringing dreams to life. On the 12th of August 2022, my partner said yes as I proposed with the most stunning custom rings from Armans. Certainly we are lifetime customers for any of our diamond and jewelry desires come the future.

He also took the time to explain to us the ideal length-to-width ratio of Oval cut diamonds which was invaluable in our finial decision.Our second appointment was with Levon and we can’t thank him enough for his expertise and patience in helping us choose the ring design.Aris was just as kind and helpful with subsequent consultations when the ring was available to inspect and pick up. We have previously been to other jewellers but Armans is in a league of its own. We have never met such a trustworthy, personable, high-quality and exceptional Jeweller.The final ring exceeded our expectations and we will be coming back over and over again.We cannot recommend Armans enough and we will be telling all our friends and family! Armans Jewellery is a one of a kind! Their service is amazing, they were all very friendly and patient. They listened to all my needs and most importantly I feel like they were very genuine. My fiancé got my absolute dream engagement ring made at Armans, also my dream jeweller! The quality and craftsmanship of my ring is amazing! Levon made the whole process a breeze, communication was seamless. We could not be happier with the choice of going through Armans. I have had so many comments on how gorgeous my ring is. I purchased my engagement ring from Armans back in November and have absolutely no regrets. I am quite a novice when it comes to all things jewellery, however Levon was so helpful in helping me find the perfect ring that he somehow knew my fiancée would love. Levon took the time to sit and chat all things rings and the differences between certain ones. I had a few different places on my shopping list and Armans was first on that list, however I never ended up looking anywhere else because Armans was perfect. 10/10 would recommend
