Our Wynnum property just settled Monday 7th November 2022.The team at Ray White Wynnum Manly suggested we take the property to Auction. They made this process seamless. They assisted with marketing the property and even helping style the house with some of their own items to ensure every aspect looked amazing. I engaged the services of Kyle Woodbine and Ron van der Giessen to sell my late parents property at Wynnum West. From day one, I felt comfortable in my dealings with them as a first time seller. As Bay-side residents and professionals who have worked in the real estate industry for some time, they were not pushy and provided honest feedback about what was required to get the best result. They also provided contact details of local tradesmen who all did a fantastic job assisting me in getting the property ready for sale. My plan was to Auction the property to which Kyle guided me through every step about what was required and what they did to auction a property. Graeme Quinn was a genuinely nice bloke who provided us with just the right amount of contact and communication. He worked very hard to achieve the best price he could for us - a record for our 84 townhouse complex. We have dealt with many real estate agents over the last 30+ years and he is the best of them. We would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Cancelled the first viewing, rescheduled for further in the week, then cancels again 4 hours before saying it’s already been rented, and that a ‘private’ viewing had been organised?? I realise the market is tough right now, but this is very unprofessional behaviour. Don’t waste your time with Ray White Wynnum/Manly or MJ the property manager. EDIT - as Ray White’s reply says, ‘If I had made an application it would be have been presented to the owner along with all the others’. I would never apply for a property without first viewing it, who knows what issues may lye within, disaster waiting to happen.
