Le nails knox city Shop Central

First time being back after 2 years hoping they would’ve improved. But the lady doing my nails cut me twice , saw my finger was bleeding and wiped the blood and kept going no apology or anything. I then told her she was being too rough and had already hurt my once and she mugged me off and kept going very rough. I’m someone who gets my nails done all the time so I know it shouldn’t be that rough and definitly shouldn’t have cut my fingers twice. I was then told I need to relax my hand and I said to her that she is hurting me so obviously my hand will be stiff. Still nothing changed throughout the SNS. I got them done 1 week ago and already two have cracked down the middle without any cause. Won’t be going back again , everytime seems to be a bad experience.

Staff were rude and rough. After 1 week, SNS had cracked on one nail, and the rest developed stains. Won't be going back.

My friend and I came into Le Nails at Knox today and left feeling far from relaxed and satisfied. The nail technicians were blatantly laughing at us and continued to look at us and giggle. I have recently been going through a really tough time and felt a girls day of pampering would help and it sure didn’t due to Le Nails. Be better.

Cranky old rude man, miserable staff.

Decided to get my nails done tonight because The SNS store was too busy. I walked into Le nails for the first time- served by an Asian man who was utterly rude and had no customer service or respect for everyone in the store including his staff. He came and took my nail polish off then rudely cut another staff off who was doing a pedicure for a customer and told her to go attend to me. She then sat there looking so miserable and didn’t make any form of conversation with me. I then went to pay at the counter, and she didn’t bother serving me and went off to start on a new customer. Once I asked about payment, She then walked up angrily and took my money. I will definitely not be going back there. Very disappointed and will not be recommending this to friends and family.

Will not be back, the man there doing my nails cut me, was very rough and was huffing and puffing like I was inconveniencing him. Very bad service and the day I got my nails done one snapped off and now it’s been less than a week and most of them are cracked! Even the white french tip has stained which has never happened anywhere else.

Went in tonight to get my nails done no less then an hour my nails has completely come off. Fair to say I will not be going back staff just speak to each other no customer service at all. I don’t recommend attending here if you want to feel uncomfortable have a broken nail such a waste of money. And the girl was extremely rough also.

Usually I get my nails done at this salon however recently starting getting pedicures as well. Within 3 weeks of having a pedicure, my toe nails have fallen off due to an extreme fungal infection caused by the salon. No sanitisation of equipment or baths for pedicures. Absolutely disgusting
