What an amazing team to handle my claim, such a friendly environment and the staff just took away the stress. I walked in and they just understood how I was feeling, made me smile, took care of all the process including the taxi home. The assessor had an amazing eye for detail and picked up on all the little areas that needed fixing. Office staff just made me smile and went through the process step by step. Sms service was a nice touch to confirm everything. So even though I don’t recommend having a car accident. This is the team I would trust.

Excellent workmanship and service provided by all. Paige went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was ready to go on time (even after I pestered her all week). Thank you guys. I hope I’m never in an accident again and your service isn’t required, but I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone.

Took my car in end of October to be fixed and still isn't fixed as they say they are waiting on parts.I got my car serviced at kia and they said there is no wait on parts.I have been waiting for my car to get fixed for 3 months and counting and just get the run around from office staff. I had to pay my excess as was assured there wouldn't be delays and now they have my money and no repair done.Poor service for a repairer that RACV recommends.I chose motorserve Geelong to be my repairer as I had that option in my insurance policy and will not be choosing them ever again.If you are reading this review avoid avoid avoid and go with another repairer.

These guys were fantastic. So convenient to be able to take your car in for an inspection and they take care of everything. Including providing a rental car on the spot. Great communication and my car come back in fantastic condition. Thanks to both Paige and Montana for their amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

Great service and didn't have to do much, hire car was ready at the same location for both pick up and return, friendly staff. My car was finished earlier than expected.

Truck hit my car on 31st March and the car inspection was on 21st April, the assessor said it’s unroadworthy so I asked for hire car. They wouldn’t accept my debit card on the day. They didn’t have the parts til 7th June to fix my car, my debit card was fine on that day to have hire car which make me so angry and I didn’t take hire car as I need to look after myself because of the way they treat me. They blame the computer system which is a bad excuse as I know they did something not right on the computer that make it not working for my card to be accept as my card never been rejected by so many places I shop at. Very poor service. Only found out on the day I’m supposed to have my car back on 14th June that they found more damage they need to work on and won’t have my car back til 19th June, then found out at 4.20pm my car ready to pick up the next day instead. I noticed the missing black frame on number plate not there when I got home. Never had problem with South City Panels I went for 5times. No idea why RACV chose this place for my car. I will never come back to this place and won’t be with RACV again after 22yrs
