Best nails salon in town

Thank you so much to the wonderful staff for accommodating myself and my 4 year old daughter so beautifully. We are visiting on holidays and both had pedicures, it was the best experience I have had at a nail salon. Well organized and clean. Hopefully we can return soon. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommended, these guys went above & beyond to make my birthday super exciting. We had loads of fun & the quality of workmanship is next level. We will definitely be making this business a regular stop.

Visiting from Sydney needed my nails done decided to give this place ago and I could not recommend them enough. I got full set of acrylics with designs and my 2 daughters got gel pedicures. Everyone was happy. Staff were so friendly and made my acrylics strong but not chunky they did did a way better job than in Sydney truly a hidden gem. Will definitely be coming back when I’m here again!

from the reviews i knew i had to check it out. they did a fantastic job for me. spent lots of time and worked gently. my daughter was a bit different they forgot the base coat and shook the nail polish so thoroughly that her nail colour had bubbles throughout. at least when we left they realised that and gave me a discount. highly recommended.

For the price you pay it’s not that great of an experience… I have had millions of pedis from Brisbane to Sydney for a lesser price with better value for money. I had a pedicure with normal polish same with my sister. The foot clean and cuticle clean was very average - too quick and no attention to details and I could have done it better myself..and saved $45 - The application of the polish was questionable… but they had a good range of colours… I would not come back or recommend. Try one of the other 6 salons or any other salon… Sorry! Not a great value for money.

After the good reviews I had seen online, I decided to check out this place with my sister today and I am so glad we did. Both of our nails came out great where we both got a full set of acrylic nails with shellac for $60 each (I got a set of short curved square shaped nails in the shade ‘bubble bath’). The staff were all very nice and chatted to us throughout our visit. I would highly recommend this salon to those wanting to get their nails done in the nelson bay area.

Personally myself got a great pedicure young brown haired young girl took her time she was absolutely fantastic she will be an assett to any company but my wife who got young blonde girl got the worst she ever had ever would not recommend her at allWe both came in together and my wife was finished 20 minutes earlier.My wife could have put her feet in a bath and painted her nails for free but paid and got a nothing but a foot soak and painted nails she took 10 minutes to find the colour nail polishBoss wasn't impressed but neither were we.Very disappointing for my wife.I suggest you check who you get as other workers are great.This girl blonde young girl wish i got her name needs to be fired no good will do the business no good

I just moved to the area and, usually, finding a new nail salon is a matter of trial and error. In the past, I've been to salons where the file was used very roughly to the point where it became painful, and the results were unsatisfactory; which is why I was hesitant about testing out new places. I'm so glad that this was the first nail salon I picked. They were able to see me within half an hour from when I called. The staff were all very friendly, the place was clean, and most importantly, I think my nails look fantastic! I'll definitely be back.

Visiting from out of town so wasn’t familiar with any of the nail salons, but I’m so glad I went with this one. Staff were all super friendly and well spirited. The salon was very clean, looked organised and most importantly I am so happy with my nails. I had sns removed (which was done mainly through soaking, not just the file which I love) and then has shellac put on.Absolutely recommend

Howie and his team are just wonderful.I am local and come see the team at Best Nails regularly for my pedicure and acrylic nails.They have a terrific range of colours both gel polish and regular.It is true in some of the reviews it is mention “young/ inexperienced staff” Howie has a few young staff who are leaning - but the reason for that is he is simply the best to lean from.He creates a wholesome and friendly environment in his salon.
