I love going to tonika health! All the therapists are great and always look after you. I have been seeing Ron recently for lower back issues and I'm amazed at the work he does. Before going to Ron, I had tried chiropractic, physio, massage and nothing seemed to give me the long lasting benefits I get when I see Ron. I highly recommend him...he's the best!

Peter has been an absolute god send. After spending +3.5 years with continual back pain and seeing countless practitioners, Peter was able to get me back to a place where I no longer had pain in a matter of weeks! He is an expert in the field and you can tell this is his passion. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and holds himself to a high standard of care. I always look forward to my appointments - Tonika is a beautiful and calming space and I’d highly recommend a visit. Thanks Peter!

Eiko is the most amazing masseuse. I followed her here from a place in Bronte. Her grasp of anatomy and locating problem areas is unparalleled which means she can truly help pain abs problems especially in the areas that need it most as well as being fantastic at every part of the massage. Tonika spa environment is just lovely and spacious.

I came to Tonika with lower back pain. From the initial consult, Veronika was very thorough with what was the best way to address the issue. I’ve had considerably less stress on my lower back with more visits to come.

I recently tried massage by Dane & he is amazing. I was after a real firm massage to relieve my muscle soreness on neck, shoulders, and lower back, and walked out feeling like a breathe of fresh air in my muscles.

Booked an appointment with Veronika, beautiful clinic, excellent treatment felt super relaxed and well taken care of the entire time. Will DEFINITELY be returning and would recommend to anyone looking for an acupuncturist.

Did acupuncture with Peter around 3 times here and great result! Peter is a great guy, very good customer service. He doesn’t just treat you well, also gives you explanation about your treatment and advices how to fix your health issues. Very informative.Highly recommended for sure. Will come visit again for relaxation acupuncture. 5/5
