Purchased a brand new Spartan AirCurtain from these guys. The AirCurtain clearly states it can be switched on and off via a switch wired to the terminal block on the back off the unit. It doesn't work and I was told very bluntly by Philip that it is not their responsibility to fix or help a customer. VERY POOR AND VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Do NOT buy from these guys, happy to take your money but in their own words they are not obligated to help or repair a unit even when in warranty.
