Super family friendly gym. Has a really nice community vibe. One of the classes I can do with my daughter, which is fun! Very welcoming trainers, with different classes to suit all abilities and ages. Our whole family train here :D

Well, I am learning BJJ and Muay Thai from DNA MMA and coach Mr. Owen is really really perfect for the training. He helps you understand the little things by breaking down the techniques more smarter and easier way. I will recommend him if you want to really learn something nice.

So glad that we came across this place as we were driving to the plaza. Did a trial and kids loved it and still are! Owen and Dan are amazing with the kids, must say they have a lot of patience dealing with my 5 year old. Both are caring and have supported my little one with some issues at school as well, I am in their debt forever.They have a good combination of bjj, muay Thai and mma. Perfect for every kid to learn some self defence.Highly recommend this place for all families.

The best place for MMA by far! Owen and the team are amazing at what they do and have a true passion for martial arts. The sessions feel very individualized even when training in a group and it always feels like family when you are here. Highly recommend!

I am over the moon with DNA . My daughter has ASD and and can find verbal instructions a bit challenging. The instructors total catered for this with amazing visual cues that my daughter picked up straight away and as a result, she now has two stripes on her belt and her confidence is soaring.This is the best thing I have ever done for my daughter and I can’t say enough good things about DNA MMA .The adult classes are also amazing !! It’s fun for the whole family. The environment is so welcoming and you get a sense you a part of the family.Thank you so much Owen you have enriched our lives . I highly recommend DNA MMA for everyone.

Great hidden gem which is founded by people who love to teach properly and have passion for helping students. There are no Meatheads around unlike other gyms which I have been to. There is genuine interest by the teachers to spend their time and improving yourself as a human being. Great bunch of guys and girls. I would highly recommend to spend 1 hour training with them and see how great and positive you would feel.

Have loved training at DNA, Amazing atmosphere and amazing people. Coaches have a depth of knowledge without any sense of ego, everyone is supportive of each-other and could not recommend the place more.

Shane and Owen is a good trainers with plenty of knowledge great with the kids.. my kids have been training here for 4 years since Shane has been helping out I like the way he inforces technical training great place for kids 10/10 best place in the business for technical training noth BBJ AND MUAYTHAI
