Always greeting me with a smile when I walked in the door and always followed up with a text/phone call to make sure everything went well with my last appointment.After a few appointments, I now have a brand new smile and I couldn't be more happier! We have been going to Ismile for about 4 years now. Before this time my partner suffered high anxiety levels when going to the dentist so barely went. Jenni has made her feel so comfortable that she now goes every 6 months for a clean and for any work she has needed. Jenni and her staff are always happy to provide advice on how to best care for our teeth and provide recommendations on the proper products to use for the best health of our teeth and gums. We are always welcomed with a smile and friendly faces which helps with the anxiety my partner deals with.I would highly recommend Ismile. The service received is of the highest quality and you will feel welcome and relaxed when receiving your dental work. The price point is also very reasonable.

I'm a fairly new patient at iSmile Dental in Hope Island. I found Dr Jenni Tippmann to be 100% professional. She is personable and friendly and loves dentistry. She genuinely cares about the long term health of my teeth which is very refreshing! Brianna on the front desk is chirpy and friendly and went out of her way to make me feel good. She made followup calls to check how I was doing and has a genuine manor. I would recommend iSmiles Hope Island 100%. 5 star ladies.

I was very nervous to go back to a dentist after previous bad experiences but from the outset, the staff at ismile have done everything they can to ease my nerves and make me feel comfortable. They go out of their way to ensure that I have all the available options and have provided me with the highest quality work and all done with a smile and the effort to get to know me as a person. Dr Jenni is amazing! I've never met someone so warm hearted and welcoming. I've always been so scared of the dentist and she made my visit so comfortable.She always goes the extra mile to accomodate my needs - checking thoroughly and making sure my teeth are healthy. She even did fit me in when she was heading away the following day at 5 pm in the afternoon when they normally would have been closed!I have been recommending to people at work!Thank you for making my smile great! xx

In response to Rogue,As a business owner in the dental industry and having worked alongside Jenni I would urge you to speak directly to her.You have sighted how happy you where with Jenni’s work and professionalism. However, you have made damaging comments on a public site referring to her receptionists conduct which can be extremely damaging to someone’s business.I have known Jenni for a number of years and worked with many dentists and she is by far the best dentist we worked with.Not only is she a perfectionist and uses the best team available but she also puts her clients first and amongst it all balances raising a young family.Her commitment to her profession and the journey she undertook to get there is truly admirable and I’m sure you can understand that when running a business there is the occasion that someone in employment can not share the same values and passions.This being brought to Jenni’s attention I am confident she will act accordingly.I reiterate however that judging Jenni’s practice highlighting your experience with the receptionist without discussing this with the Dentist really is inappropriate and not handled respectfully as Jenni should of been alerted to this immediately and I am confident it would have been addressed and a happy outcome resulting for all.Angela

I was in search for a new local Dentist, and came across iSmile. My initial consult & clean was by far the best dental appointment I’ve ever had. I was put at ease, everything was clearly explained, and I was given a genuine in-depth analysis of my required treatment, and tips for preventative treatment at home!
