This was without a doubt the best customer service experience I have had in years. I took an engagement ring in for resizing and Rebecca was extremely helpful, transparent and very informative about the process. I couldn’t find a ring that fit perfectly to use as a reference, so the reference piece that I brought in with me was slightly too small. Didn’t matter, she resized it on the spot for me!Very reasonably priced when you consider the materials and labour involved, and the job was completed very quickly! , Rebecca was very concerned with making sure that I understood everything, and that I was happy with the outcome. The results were spectacular, seamless, perfect. I will definitely be going straight back there the next time I need ANY work done on any of our jewellery.

Larry and his team were so helpful with creating a beautiful custom piece for us, and the end result was even more wonderful than we'd hoped for.
