Great place to go to for all sorts of things you need in your house. Curtains, sheets and pillowcases, cooking utensils, plastic plants and so on. Great customer service too.

Love this shop. Great range of handicraft items and haberdashery. Large party decorations and costumes section.Parking can be an issue.Finding a friendly, helpful team member can also be difficult.

This store is the cleanest, tidiestmost organised Spotlight that I have ever visited. I would have given a give except the 3 staff at the cutting table took their time finishing their conversation before helping me. When the staff member helped, she didn't smile and was short and dismissive. However, Carolyn at the checkout desk was just lovely, smiling, friendly, and helpful. It was a pleasure.Like any Spotlight, there is never enough staff on the floor to help people find things. It wasn't busy, so I staff could get out from behind the counters.I'm not sure if there is a map available like Bunnings. I'll check Spotlights website.

By far the biggest and best spotlight I've seen. Lots of staff, not many customers, and a far bigger range of fabric, paper craft, macrame cord, curtain rods and rings than any of the brisbane stores I've shopped at

The store was reasonably quiet when I arrived. The store has a clear layout and I was able to find the items I needed quickly.Unfortunately it was difficult to see the pricing of the plain brown wrapping paper and got a surprise at the checkout when it showed up as nearly $10. I tried to use the scanner to check the price but the two machines I went past were both out of order.The checkout staff were very bubbly and I had a good experience with the staff ☺️

I had a delivery from here and the yarnHad ripped package and wound all very the place. I would. Ever buy a skein like this if I was in store even if it was the last one. I feel they should have let the yarning ordered be supplied by another store like the rest of it. Very annoyed. Took pics will contact head office. Just as woollies has a standard for delivery shoppers, so should spotlight.

I decided to make lined curtains with matching box pelmets for my loungeroom over Xmas. I havnt done this before. The ladies at the upholstery counter were so helpful and thanks to some tips I think they turned out great
