Best gym/program/coaches/equipment/vibes on the coast. This gym has taken me from Dad-bod to Fit-bod in 6 months. To find a gym that has got me in better shape at 41 than I was in my 20s is a bloody miracle. Stop reading reviews and sign up!!! You won’t regret it.

Where I start, first I had never done CrossFit in my life so I started from 0 at first I was a little scared to go but coaches and people who go to CrossFit make you feel welcome, Second coaches are the best Laura motivates you and make you to believe that you can do it, you can finish all the training, Carel teaches you technique how to improve in each movement as you can be better in some exercise and Chris the owner is super top always tries to include everyone to help you, I had 10 years without exercise and I can't find any other better place to do it, better CrossFit in life would not change it!! I'm so happy

I can honestly say the way Electric looks after their clients is second to none. It's not just about the training (although a big part) - they also focus on sleep, life balance and being a happy person.Supportive community, awesome programming and a great team of coaches.

Great CrossFit gym with good quality equipment and great coaches. Class sizes are not too big so you get personalised tips on your technique every class. Would definitely recommend
